The health and wellbeing of our guests and team is our absolute priority and we are committed to providing the highest standards of service, cleanliness and hygiene. We hope that these additional protocols that we have implemented will provide you with peace of mind when planning your next stay with us.
On the day of your arrival, at approximately 1.00pm, you will be sent a SMS text message confirming your apartment number, car park spot, Wi-Fi code and door access pin code. Please ensure we have a valid Australian mobile number on file for you.
All our apartments have their own, fully equipped, kitchen and laundry facilities. You can prepare your own delicious meal at home or order something special to be delivered directly to your door.
Rigorous Cleaning Procedures
Whilst we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleaning standards in place, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols including the use of hospital grade disinfectants. We do not clean during your stay to ensure our staff are not entering your accommodation mid-stay.
Limited Public Areas
At Webster Street and Grove Street there are no lifts, no busy corridors, no crowded public areas and only your car is parked right outside your door. Each apartment has their own entrance so you can stay with us, safe in the knowledge, that you can easily maintain current social distancing requirements.
Abundance Of Fresh Air
All our apartments feature windows that open – providing plenty of fresh air for your enjoyment during your stay.
We are a keyless accommodation environment and, on the day of your departure, all that needs to be done is to ensure you have packed all your belongings and then pull the door behind you.
